This study explores the issue of cross-border cooperation in ICT among private sectors in Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, and Nepal. It discusses the ICT policy frameworks of the four SASEC countries, and gives an update on improvements in their ICT infrastructure and the state of their ICT infrastructure linkages. It further provides a set of recommendations for the way forward.
