The National Academy of Customs, Excise and Narcotics (NACEN) in Faridabad, India organized a capacity building program for 27 Bangladesh Customs officers on 13-17 February 2017. The program discussed several Customs-related topics, including modern clearance processes for import and export cargo, Customs valuation, post clearance audit, commercial fraud and investigation, use of risk management systems, free trade agreements, rules of origin, and the role of Customs in economic corridors.

The training also included a field visit to the Inland Container Depot in Tughlakabad to provide participants with practical exposure, and a study tour to Agra. Participants received course-related documents and presentations.
