This technical assistance will enhance energy efficiency in the region and promote cross-border cooperation. It aims to develop Government capacity to establish an institutional framework for public and private participation in hydropower development. It will further broaden financing resources and enable Druk Green Power Corporation to manage independent or PPP commercial hydropower projects.
