Sub-regional Corridor Operational Efficiency Study in the South Asia Subregion
This two-phased regional technical assistance (TA) for South Asia Subregional Economic Cooperation (SASEC) aimed to establish modern transport/transit systems in the subregion, compatible with international practices. It further aimed to enhance operational efficiency of subregional transport corridors and help SASEC effectively respond to globalized logistics requirements. The TA also enabled the Technical Working Group to identify institutional and physical impediments for smoother cargo operations along selected subregional corridors.
