
Regional: Regional Transport Development in South Asia
This technical assistance is based on previous efforts in identifying regional transport projects among South Asian countries, including the SAARC Regional Multimodal Transport Study and the BIMSTEC Transport Infrastructure and Logistics Study. It will promote and increase investments in transport projects for subregional connectivity in South Asian countries; and further the goals of regional cooperation and integration through increased passenger and freight transport in the regional transport and distribution system.
