Regional: Improving Connectivity and Destination Management of Cultural and Natural Resources in the South Asia Subregion

ADB and the SASEC Tourism Working Group member countries have recognized the need for cooperation in tourism and integrated development of connectivity and destination infrastructure in multi-country tourism circuits under the South Asia Regional Cooperation Strategy and Program 2006-2008. ADB has included in its 2009 assistance pipeline a loan project for improving Connectivity and Destination Infrastructure for Subregional Tourism Development.
