Bangladesh: Dhaka-Chittagong Expressway Public-Private Partnership Design Project

This technical assistance loan is developing a design for the Dhaka-Chittagong Expressway that is ready for financing under a public-private partnership (PPP) and assisting the Ministry of Communication of the Government of Bangladesh in engaging a concessionaire for the follow-on project. It will also assist the Government in updating the feasibility study by preparing detailed engineering design documents and selecting an appropriate PPP financing scheme.
