Bhutan: Air Transport Connectivity Enhancement Project – Additional Financing

Additional financing for this project will build on the objectives of the original project design, further strengthening safety and security, and improving passenger convenience and service at Bumthang, Gelephu, and Yonphula domestic airports. The overall project supports development of a safe, reliable, and efficient air transport system connecting urban and rural centers in Bhutan, improving accessibility, and promoting tourism and high-value agriculture.
