Bhutan’s Foreign Minister, India’s External Affairs Minister Revisit Bilateral Relations

Mr. Tandi Dorji, Foreign Minister of the Government of Bhutan, visited India at the invitation of Mr. S Jaishankar, External Affairs Minister of the Government of India.

According to a report by Kuensel, the two ministers discussed the entire range of Bhutan-India relations and reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthen their special friendship.

They also reviewed the progress of cooperation in Bhutan’s 12th Five Year Plan (2018-2023) and cooperation in other areas, including hydropower development and improvement of connectivity through railway links.
