India's National Green Tribunal Approves Delhi-Kathmandu Bus Service

India's National Green Tribunal has approved registration of a Delhi-Kathmandu bus service by the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC), offering transit between select destinations in India and Nepal. The bus covers a distance of 1,250 kilometers in 30 hours.
DTC launched the bus service to further enhance economic ties between the two countries by facilitating movement of passengers. The bus service is restricted from providing transport within the city.
