SASEC ICT Development Master Plan
This technical assistance assisted South Asia Subregional Economic Cooperation (SASEC) countries in preparing a SASEC communication technology master plan that identified potential areas of cooperation for information and communications technology (ICT) development on a regional level. This promoted regional connectivity in telecommunication networks, harmonization of technical standards, cooperation in ICT application development, and better ICT regional human resource development.
