The Information Highway Project Steering Committee—comprising Secretaries from Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, and Nepal—met to discuss implementation of South Asia's first regional cooperation project in ICT, at the Asian Development Bank headquarters in Manila, Philippines on 19-21 January 2011. The Meeting endorsed the action plan and the draft cross-border bilateral agreement.
