This Second High-Level Forum for an Emerging Vision for Shared Prosperity held on 12-13 August 2010 in Manila, Philippines agreed on priority sectors to expand and deepen regional cooperation in South Asia. Mr. Sultan Hafeez Rahman, Director General of the South Asia Regional Department, Asian Development Bank, highlighted how greater regional and subregional cooperation could promote the economic and social potential of the region.
